Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully wrap your dinnerware in its original protective packaging to prevent breakage and include the printed return slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
