Are your products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our ceramic and stoneware items are both microwave and dishwasher safe. However, items with metallic accents or hand-painted gold rims should be hand-washed only to preserve their finish.
How do you ensure fragile items arrive safely?
We use eco-friendly, reinforced protective packaging and custom-fit inserts to minimize movement during transit. If an item arrives damaged, we offer a 100% replacement guarantee.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, used kitchenware cannot be returned.
